Wish letter to Santa

This is my letter to Santa. It took a long time to make this letter and this is an over flowing jar of honey I hope everyone likes it. I hope I get all of these things for Christmas.  

Monday activates 2019

Fire

 The brainacas started of at fire was that we had to build a fire out of sticks we made the fire in our troops. It was a lot of fun we had to use a thing that you swipe like a stick that was made out of metal.

Then we went to cooking was my favourite thing out of the hole lot we made a potato we cut the top of it off we had to keep the top so we can put it back after we finished we put the ham on and then the cheese. for dessert we got a banana and the middle was cut out and we put chocolate chips and marshmallow in to the middle of the banana.  



orienteering 
we used a map and we hunted for clues.

biking on friday

On Friday some of the year 6 went on a bike ride we started of at peroa my Dad went on the bike ride the people that we had in our car was me Dad and Jacob. We biked a lot and we went over a bridge and we went throw the tunnel 

fab finish

This is my fab finish I did carter model. For my person I did Coach Brody and the book that we read was ghost. The book was about a track team.  The rating is 10-10 it was my favourite book out of the hole lot of them. it was funny and ghost had old cut down shoes and he stole some new ones from the uniform shop. hope you like my fab finish.

book review 2019

Overhand the overhand rating is was hard to learn to do the overhand knot 5-10

Reef 10-10

This is my three knots the botom knot is the reef knot the reef knot can be used to for a washing line. We had to watch videos to make the knot. The top knot is overhand knot the overhand can be used for tying a tramp down in windy weather. The figure 8 knot is good for make rafts for going in the water.

This is my Chapter chat for this week. I did Coach broody medal. It is sad because we are finishing Ghost I have enjoyed this book it has been my favourite. I am exited to doing fab finish.

This is my Chapter Chat for this week I did a shoplifter sign of Ghost steeling the shoes. I like the book so far. 

tent challenge on Thursday

This is my troop we had been work on our survive and we do activates. we had to put up a tent. I found challenging was putting the stick that holds the tent up and throw the hole. The thing that worked well was putting the pegs to hold the tent down. I learnt how to fold the stick up at the end.

Survival Troop Challenge Task 2

The shelters we are aiming to make are very simple and won't take very long to make. Both of our choices include the tarp and rope and we tie the rope between two trees and hang the tarp on top. Some of the key features the shelters have are that they wouldn't take long to create and it could fit two people inside the shelter and protects you from the weather. The shelters are very similar but also have different features and one that does'int leak.

• Where is the best place to build a shelter?
• What does the shelter need to protect you from?
• What materials could you use to build a shelter?
• What are some pros and cons of sleeping in a bush shelter?

Step 1  Q.1 Where is the best place to build a shelter? Is with flat ground so it does't fall down and it will be good if you would be under a tree. You need to be away from a river. 
Q.2 the shelter need  will need to protect you from thunder and rain so you don't get wet. Onother reason is so you and from bugs.
Q.3 You can use a tree and some rope and a tarp or a blanket. you can use rocks to.
Q.4  The place that you are sleeping will be safe and out of the weather the bad thing that might happen will be bugs.

blog bonus beach. for calf club the people that didnt have a animal they had to do a mini senc. We got to chose what we did. I made a beach senc I used a hand ball as a beach ball and sand so we could poke things. for the water I put food coloring in the sand to make blue. and beach talls unbrella  my mums pretend plant. I found challenging was  poking things in to make them stand up in the sand. it was hard to put if together and getting the sand flat. after we had finished we took it in the hall everyone in th school had made something different .

Riley Chapter Chat Week 1 term 4

holiday blog post term 4

I went to stay 3 nights with my Nana and Pop. On Monday we went to hot chocolate cafe for lunch. I had fries and my Pop had some chips my Nana had a muffin. My favourite thing was that they had bought me a new I PAD with heaps of games it had Mine-craft on it. my Nana and me were painting  we did our table .

with my mum and Dad we went to  Hamilton mall we had lunch and we went to Kmart  and we went to Smiggle and I brought a pencil case. my mum bought me a new blanket dad bought new mats for his Ute .

Friday

This is our class performance on Friday. We did really well Mrs Fraser said if we play the wrong notes she will moat in to a puddle. I got a certificate. My Dad was there even my Dad like it even though he does int like music but he liked our performance.

For the last term our class has been reading holes for Chapter Chat it was a good book to me we had a movie after we had read the book because we had bee bucks and we got up to movie In our jar. The book had long chapters. On Fridays we posted our Chapter Chat tasks on twitter. We had to complete our task in a week.We had 9 weeks of Chapter Chat a term. For Chapter Chat every week we got a sticker on the task that we had completed every week.

This is my book cover of Mr Bean the name of the book is No Pets. I have read No Pets heaps of times because it is so cool. The one on the left is the real one and the one on the right is the one that I made and the photo at the bottom is the back of the book that I made because I could int get the back of the book.

Riley's fab finish term 3

This is my fab finish for Chapter chat that I did by myself . We watch holes I liked the movie and the book but the movie was a lot different then the book that is just my thing that I Thor t  . It was a challenge doing my fab finish on my own if I did my Chapter chat with Jacob but I wouldn't be able to take the creation home to stick on my wall It was sad to end holes . For my charter I did Stanley  because he was my favourite charter. I will tell you about the book there was a person called Stanley he was on his way from school and a pair of shoes landed out of the air the shoes hit Stanley on the  his head. Stanley fell over those shoes got selling. the police were casing Stanley because the police sore Stanley with the shoes and Stanley went to his home with the police to talked to his Mum and Stanley got sent to camp green lake Stanley's Mum Thought Camp Green lake was rich people but when Stanley got there it was a dessert full of holes . 

Chapter chat week 7 term 3

This is my Chapter chat for this week me and Jacob did. We did Digital Design we draw a photo of the brief case. We did fossils and a worm nest in the ground. Mr Sir is on the left and next to Mr Sir is Mr Pendanski in the middle then next to Mr Pendanski is the Warden. In the ground is Stanley and up the top is Zero. Recently the Warden caught Stanley and Zero snooping outside getting a briefcase. Then Counsellors came and wanted to take Stanley Witch no longer leaves him at camp. Then they ordered the Warden to show Hectors (Zero) files but the Warden deleted them and they never showed her so Stanley and Zero are on the move to leave. Warden is trying to get the brief case of them. 



We have finish the book it was a cool book.
